Refund policy

At Atelier & Co., every gown is made to order specifically for you. As each piece is individually crafted and produced upon purchase, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, event cancellation, or personal preference.


Production Errors or Defects

If your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@atelierandcodubai.com with:

Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.


Sizing

To help you choose the correct size, we provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Please review all measurements carefully before placing your order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

If you’re unsure which size to choose, our customer care team is happy to assist before you place your order.


Color & Appearance

We make every effort to display our gowns as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings, photography, and lighting. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.


Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Atelier & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
